Mimi turns 30

So, on Saturday September 11th. I spent the morning with the hub and the afternoon with the sis. I went home around 5pm b/c we had dinner plans with Kevin and Alejandra. Little did I know that a block away 35 of my friends and family were waiting to surprise me. Randy did it! He actually pulled it off! We walked to Mercadito but we were going to meet Alejandra at 11B b/c she ran into a friend. I walked in and everyone yelled Surpise!! It was nuts. I am very lucky to have such a great hubby, family, and friends. Love ya Randall! Oh, ps. today is my real bday.

Update: Still Married...bun in the oven

So, I haven't written in a while..ok maybe years, but hey, we've been busy! I got promoted to being the Manager of the Union Square branch at Citi Habitats. Randy graduated Law School, passed the bar exam, and got hired at the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) as a securities complaince examiner...I know, whats that? LOL Basically, he is a good guy and he helps regulate the Stock Market to make sure no one is cheating. I am very proud of him. We currently live in the East Village and I am almost 5 months pregnant with a baby BOY! Now, we are thinking of names and where we are going to move to...hopefully somewhere in the neighborhood.

Apartment

We have finally moved into our new apartment (first home as a married couple) and we love it! We never want to leave! The apartment is a nice one bedroom and we even have a storage room to hang out bikes!!! Decorating is a lot of fun and having a place to store and use all of our wonderful wedding gifts is awesome. Now I just have some more finishing touches to put on it!

First day as a blogger

So I decided that since we are married now, what fun would it be to have one website for the two of us to have a place to share our life with the rest of our friends and family! Cheers to our first post! There will be many more to come!
